You will arrange your own transportation to Rome. With prebooked tickets which you had printed at home before you left for Italy you will be granted immediate entrance to Vatican Museums and the Sistine Chapel as well as Colosseum and Forum, pass the notoriously long lines.

Choose timed entrance to Vatican Museums and Sistine Chapel. Skip Line tickets to Colosseum and Roman Forum are open: you may enter any time during the day.
